Louis Armstrong Birthday Show!
The Dirty River Jazz Band has celebrated the great Louis Armstrong on every 4th of July for the past 10 years or so and we will continue this tradition in 2025! Satchmo went his whole life believing that his birthday was July 4, 1900, so he celebrated as such every year. We will be doing the same! This show is also helping launch The San Antonio Jazz Society, a new 501(c)(3) non-profit that is dedicated to curating special jazz concerts, festivals, and more!
